Virage Logic Corp. Selects Demer IR

has selected Demer IR to provide support for its aftermarket IR program.
Virage is a technology and market leader in embedded memory, and provides
semiconductor intellectual property (SIP) for the memory elements of
complex system-on-a-chip (SoC) semiconductor devices. Products include
embedded memory cores, which are critical components of communications
and networking devices such as cellular phones, routers, switches, modems,

recently registered with the SEC for an initial public offering of common
stock and picked Demer IR as its IR firm. TriNet is a leading provider

interWAVE Launches Aftermarket Program with

January 2000 – interWAVE Communications International,
Ltd. (Nasdaq:IWAV), a global provider of wireless GSM-over-IP network
systems and a Demer IR client since 1996, completed an initial public
offering of 9.8 million shares of common stock on January 28, 2000.
interWAVE then launched its aftermarket IR program with the reporting
of second-quarter fiscal 2000 results on February 23. The company (www.iwv.com)

entire wireless network within a single system the size of a PC tower.
