IR Staffing Solutions Now Available in Colorado
December 2003 — IR Staffing Solutions has announced
the launch of its temporary staffing service in Colorado. This follows a
number of client engagements in northern California since 2001 and expansion
to southern California in September 2003. Effective immediately, the service
will be available to public companies in the Denver, Boulder and Colorado
Springs business centers. Long-time Demer IR outsourcing clients in the state

IR Staffing Solutions Expands Service to Southern California
September 2003 — Following successful client
engagements in the San Francisco Bay Area, IR Staffing Solutions is
expanding its temporary staffing service to southern California.
Effective immediately, this service will be available to public companies
in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and neighboring counties. Thus far,
half of the engagements have resulted in ‘temp-to-hire’ opportunities, in
which the client has hired the temp as a regular, full-time employee after
a mutually productive ‘road test’ for both parties.

Win with SonicWALL

capped a nine-month engagement with the employment of its temporary
on-site resource as a regular, full-time staff member. This is IR Staffing
Solutions’ third ‘temp-to-hire’ client win, following
Macromedia, Inc. (Nasdaq:MACR) in June 2002 and Hyperion Solutions Corporation
(Nasdaq:HYSL) in April 2003. The temp-to-hire option enables clients
and candidates to ‘road-test’ each other at minimal risk
before making any commitments. It also leverages IR Staffing Solutions’

Somera Communications Selects Demer IR for
Targeting and Outreach
May 2003 — Somera Communications, Inc.
