VNUS Medical Technologies Selects Demer IR Following Successful IPO
November 2004 — VNUS Medical Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:VNUS), a leading provider of medical devices for the minimally invasive treatment of venous reflux disease, has selected Demer IR to support its aftermarket IR program. On October 20, 2004, VNUS successfully completed an initial public offering of 5.4 million shares of common stock at a price of $15.00 per share. Demer IR will provide VNUS with a complete range of services, including quarterly reporting support, IR website content development, buy-side and sell-side targeting and outreach, investor communications and feedback, and fundamental and valuation analysis. Based in San Jose, California, VNUS (http://www.vnus.com) was founded in 1995 and began selling its Closure system three years later. To date, more than 60,000 patients worldwide have been treated with the system.

Linktone Engages Demer IR to Support Comprehensive U.S. IR Program
July 2004 — Linktone Ltd. (Nasdaq:LTON), a leading provider of wireless value-added services to mobile phone users in China, has engaged Demer IR for comprehensive support of its U.S. investor relations program. Based in Shanghai, Linktone (http://english.linktone.com/aboutus/) delivers short messaging services (SMS); 2.5G services such as multimedia messaging (MMS) and wireless application protocol (WAP) services and Java games; and voice entertainment services such as ring-tone, ring-back, and interactive voice response (IVR) services to consumers in the world's largest and fastest growing wireless communications market. The company was founded in 1999 and completed its initial public offering of American Depositary Shares (ADS) in March 2004.

Blue Iguana Networks Selects Demer IR for Investor Communications
May 2004 — Blue Iguana Networks, Inc. (www.blueiguana.com), a privately held provider of quality management software for global manufacturers of technology-based products, has picked Demer IR to develop and implement a communications program for its private investor base. Blue Iguana's products and services complement enterprise systems for process quality, manufacturing execution and customer relationship management to enable active quality management across the manufacturing, use and service phases of the value chain. The company was founded in 2000 and is based in Mountain View, California. Initially, Demer IR will research and draft quarterly update letters to investors in support of potential financing efforts.

USTA NorCal Taps Demer IR for Tennis Marketing and Communications Campaign
May 2004 — The United States Tennis Association Northern California Section (USTA NorCal) has retained Demer IR to provide communications recommendations and support for its regional launch of Tennis Welcome Centers, in conjunction with the Tennis Industry Association, as part of a nationwide marketing campaign for the sport. As the national governing body for tennis in the United States, the USTA is a not-for-profit organization with more than 675,000 members. It owns and operates the U.S. Open and selects the teams for the Davis Cup, the Fed Cup, and the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Demer IR will deliver counsel on marketing strategy and editorial services to help USTA NorCal (www.norcal.usta.com) attract and retain tennis players at 207 Tennis Welcome Centers throughout northern California and ultimately grow its current membership of 45,000.

Demer IR Expands Semiconductor Industry Clientele with PLX Technology
April 2004 — PLX Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq:PLXT), a leading supplier of standard I/O interconnect silicon to the communications, server, storage, and embedded-control industries, has retained Demer IR to provide disclosure counsel, editorial support and other services for its investor relations program. Based in Sunnyvale, California, PLX (www.plxtech.com) has an extensive I/O interconnect product line of high-performance switches, bridges and accelerators based on the Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI), PCI Express, HyperTransport, and Universal Serial Bus (USB) standards. The company was founded in 1986 and completed its IPO in 1999. Initially, Demer IR will focus on the preparation of PLX's quarterly results and acquisition announcements, as well as investment community outreach opportunities.

IR Staffing Solutions Staffs Engagement at Align Technology
April 2004 — Align Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq:ALGN) has engaged IR Staffing Solutions™ for the on-site deployment of a temporary investor relations coordinator to support its in-house staff. Align (www.invisalign.com) designs, develops and manufactures a proprietary method for treating malocclusion, or the misalignment of teeth, through the use of clear, nearly invisible, removable appliances rather than metal or ceramic brackets and wires. Founded in 1997, the company received FDA clearance for its product in 1998 and completed its initial public offering in 2001. As of December 31, 2003, approximately 155,000 consumers and 24,000 doctors worldwide were using the Align method for treatment.

Verity Deploys Demer IR for Project Support
March 2004 — Verity, Inc. (Nasdaq:VRTY), a leading provider of enterprise software that enables organizations to maximize the return on their intellectual capital investment by utilizing enterprise search, classification and personalization technologies, engaged Demer IR to provide communications support for its investor relations program. Based in Sunnyvale, California, Verity (www.verity.com) has a blue-chip customer base of more than 3,500 organizations, including AT&T, Adobe Systems, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cisco Systems, Dow Jones, Hewlett-Packard, Home Depot, SAP, Siemens, and Timex. The company was founded in 1988 and went public in 1995. Demer IR Adds Recent IPO AlphaSmart to Client Base
March 2004 — AlphaSmart, Inc. (Nasdaq:ALSM), a leading provider of technology solutions for the education market, has engaged Demer IR to support the planning, implementation and management of its aftermarket investor relations program. Based in Los Gatos, California, AlphaSmart (www.alphasmart.com) completed its initial public offering of 4.4 million shares of common stock on February 6, 2004. The company’s portable computer-companion products are used by students in 7,500 U.S. K-12 school districts and more than 10 countries to enhance their fundamental academic skills. Demer IR will deliver a full range of IR infrastructure services to AlphaSmart, from database management, valuation analysis and quarterly reporting to targeting, outreach and market intelligence.
