May 2004 — The United States Tennis Association Northern California
Section (USTA NorCal) has retained Demer IR to provide communications recommendations and
support for its regional launch of Tennis Welcome Centers, in conjunction with the Tennis

national governing body for tennis in the United States, the USTA is a not-for-profit
