Demer IR Promotes Veterans DeNardo and Lang
December 2005 — Demer IR is pleased to announce the promotion of
Peter DeNardo to senior vice president and Chris Lang to account manager. Peter joined
the firm as IR coordinator in 1993 and has supported numerous high-technology clients
with market values ranging from micro- to large-capitalization. In 2000, he was promoted
to vice president, assuming management responsibilities for account team leadership and
business development. Peter will now expand his role in managing accounts and pursuing

in 1999. In this capacity, she has been responsible for all client research and

On November 18, 2005, the company and its selling stockholders sold 2.75 million shares

offering of 4.5 million shares of common stock at a price of $17.00 per share on

shares of common stock at a price of $9.00 per share on October 13, 2004. Demer IR
