The company, based in Bellevue, WA, is a provider of hosted, on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) software solutions and has been funded since start up by angel investors as well as by funds provided by its founders. Reliant Technologies Enlists Demer IR to Support Investor Communication Activities Toward Obtaining Additional Funding
March 2006 — Privately held Reliant Technologies, Inc. (http://www.reliant-tech.com) has enlisted Demer IR to support its investor communication activities in its efforts to obtain additional funding from individual and venture capital investors. The company, based in Mountain View, Calif., is a pioneer of Fraxel Laser Treatment for aesthetic applications and initially began working with Demer IR in February 2006 to communicate its technology leadership position and long-term strategy for growth with existing and new potential investors. In March 2006, the company announced that it had secured a $22-million round of funding led by a new venture capital investor, accompanied by earlier-round investors in an oversubscribed offering, priced as an up-round from prior offerings.

Demer IR Appoints New IR Associate
January 2006 — Demer IR is pleased to announce that Michelle Phillips has joined the team as IR Associate. Michelle comes with an extensive background in the healthcare industry, where she was responsible for managing client service and meeting regulatory requirements, IT systems maintenance, accounting, and office management. Before coming to Demer IR, she was with Registry Medical Group, a Walnut Creek, California-based provider of psychiatric and psychological services. Prior to this, she managed several medical practices in Northern California and Houston, TX. Michelle earned her BA in Journalism with an emphasis on Public Relations from California State University, Chico.
