has engaged Demer IR to help enhance tactical elements of its investor relations
program. Symyx (http://www.symyx.com/),
based in Sunnyvale, Calif., is a provider of software, tools, and research services
that enable scientists to design, execute, analyze, and report experimental results
faster, easier and less expensively. Demer IR will provide the company with editorial
and logistical assistance with reporting quarterly financial results, including drafting
of news releases and teleconference scripts; counsel and editorial support to develop
slide presentations supporting an overview of the company’s business units and strategic
growth objectives; development of additional website content, as well as an investor
fact sheet, and other materials. Demer IR will also execute sell-side analyst and
buy-side targeting and outreach to broaden the company’s institutional stockholder
base and analyst following, and support other tactical aspects designed to enhance
Symyx’s existing IR program.
