Deborah B. Demer
Founder and President
Ms. Demer founded Demer IR Counsel, Inc. in 1989, after 10 years as
a corporate investor relations executive. Previously, she had served
as vice president of Amfac, Inc. (NYSE:AMA), a Fortune 100 diversified
services company based in San Francisco. Prior to Amfac, she had held
IR and finance management positions with Syntex Corporation (NYSE:SYN),
one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, and Hexcel
Corporation (NYSE:HXL), a developer of engineered materials for aerospace
and commercial applications. Earlier, she had held corporate communications
positions with Buttes Gas & Oil Co. (NYSE:BGO), an independent oil
and gas producer. She has also served as an adjunct instructor of IR
at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Ms. Demer holds a BA degree
from American University in Washington, D.C.
Peter DeNardo
Senior Vice President
Mr. DeNardo joined Demer IR as IR coordinator in 1993 and was promoted through
several progressive assignments until being named senior vice president in 2005,
assuming an expanded management role in account team leadership and business
development. During his tenure with the firm, he has provided strategic
investor relations counsel, problem-solving and hands-on execution to companies
with market values ranging from micro- to large-capitalization. His client
experience spans the Internet software and services, enterprise application
software, networking, telecommunications, photonics, semiconductor, semiconductor
equipment, computer systems, and business services segments. Mr. DeNardo previously
served in the corporate communications department of Nissan Motor Corporation U.S.A.,
where he planned and implemented marketing and media relations programs for
Nissan’s Infiniti Division. He holds a BA degree from California State
University, Fullerton.
