There’s an old saying that those who can’t
do teach instead. At Demer IR, we not only do, but also teach—and
train as well. Our cumulative experience in working with more than 140
clients, as well as the investment professionals who follow them and
their peers, provides a rich resource for educating aspiring IR practitioners.
We also offer intensive one-on-one training for corporate staff assigned
to the IR or corporate communications function with little or no prior
experience.
Our entry-level curriculum includes a fundamental
overview of the equity markets, the investment community and corporate
IR practices. We offer flexible evening and weekend class formats, as
well as captive classes on demand for specific organizations. Class
sizes are kept to a minimum for maximum results, with student/instructor
ratios of no more than 4:1.
Our higher-level curriculum includes intermediate
IR for working professionals looking to progress in their careers and
advanced IR for senior practitioners, focusing on best practices and
actual case studies. We offer interactive half-day or full-day sessions,
featuring problem-solving exercises and guest speakers from our network
of client and industry contacts.
